Job Summary: 2nd Shift 4pm-12am Monday - Friday

Prepare labels and other work for processing.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Retrieve labels and job jackets from assigned storage, prepare paperwork, and follow mailing directions as specified by the customer, Supervisor, and US Postal Service.
• Prepare and process mail weights and associated paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to keep order running.
• Assist Operator as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Good with paperwork

 

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of postal regulations
• Knowledge of Mail Line equipment
• Pallet jack certification

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to constantly stand and navigate the department and facility
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds at times.
