Job Description
Join Sysco’s World Class Sales Team as a Sales Consultant in the Kansas City Metro area. This outside sales position focuses on promoting Sysco's products, building relationships with clients, and contributing to their success while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts
Seek and qualify prospects
Research customer business needs and develop product mixes
Evaluate market trends and recommend products
Communicate and collect accounts receivable
Manage deliveries and troubleshoot order process problems
Attend company functions and training sessions
Perform administrative duties related to sales
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline
HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-Lingual
Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, Chef Experience
