Job Description
Join One Medical as a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician and be part of a team transforming healthcare. You'll provide quality primary care to patients of all ages, working in both in-office and virtual settings while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Seeing patients with a broad array of needs
Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office and via tele-health
Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
Utilizing specific clinical training for in-office procedures
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in, or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible
State licensed in California
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to communicate with individuals of all backgrounds
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations
