Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the infection prevention and control program
Collaborate with Facility Leadership and the Medical Director to develop, implement and evaluate annual infection prevention goals and actions
Required Qualifications
Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
IP Certified or willing to obtain within 30 days
Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
