Job Description
Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment Team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide critical support and individualized treatment to youth and families dealing with significant behavioral health challenges. This role emphasizes collaboration, family engagement, and community reintegration to improve the lives of children aged 10 to 21.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to the child and their family/caregivers
Engage child/youth and family in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and develop safety plans
Participate in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Complete casework documentation
Provide on-call crisis intervention services
Attend team meetings and supervisory sessions
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
A minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
