Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced patient care within scope of State licensure
Receive emergency medical telephone calls and provide emergency care
Document and maintain an informative and accurate medical record
Communicate and process necessary paperwork/information for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Participate in unit-based Shared Governance activities
Required Qualifications
Current NM Paramedic licensure
Current CPR certification
Current ACLS certification
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Previous EMS Dispatch experience
2 years ED patient care experience including triage
Bachelor degree (any field of study)
National EMD licensure
Ability to type 20 wpm
