As a Market Development Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC, you will lead strategic relationships with major technology clients, focusing on tailored nature-based solutions that drive revenue growth and environmental innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and foster a consultative relationship
  • Lead the development and delivery of custom ecological solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for client engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts to support client permitting and compliance needs
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships and represent RES at industry events

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a strategic partner with large data centers in account management, sales, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of environmental mitigation, ecological restoration, and nature-based infrastructure solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and client growth goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and ESG-related challenges
