As a Market Development Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC, you will lead strategic relationships with major technology clients, focusing on tailored nature-based solutions that drive revenue growth and environmental innovation. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and foster a consultative relationship
Lead the development and delivery of custom ecological solutions
Identify and pursue opportunities for client engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with regulatory experts to support client permitting and compliance needs
Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
Build and nurture long-term client relationships and represent RES at industry events
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working as a strategic partner with large data centers in account management, sales, or business development
Strong knowledge of environmental mitigation, ecological restoration, and nature-based infrastructure solutions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and client growth goals
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
