Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) to join our healthcare team. The MS RN will provide direct patient care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions and surgical needs, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

Requirements:

• Active state RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience (preferred for travel roles)
• Current BLS certification (required); ACLS certification (preferred or required by some facilities)
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
