Perform inspections on fleet vehicles according to regulations Conduct quality preventive maintenance inspections Execute maintenance repairs for safety and reliability Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report issues promptly Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions Document all work performed Learn Sysco computer programs Conduct electrical repairs and welding projects as needed High school diploma or GED Current and valid driver's license Medium / Heavy duty truck technical training 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair OR 2 year school and 1 year of experience Annual Inspector Certification Brake Inspector Certification ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks (preferred) 609 HVAC Certification Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software Annual boot & tool allowances Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing job skills and leadership development training Career growth opportunities Comprehensive healthcare benefits
