Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a Corporate-approved orientation program for employees
Conduct General Orientation incorporating regulatory guidelines
Coordinate and monitor orientation activities
Develop and implement infection prevention and control programs
Provide education and training to staff on various topics
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current RN license in the state of employment
CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain
Minimum of five years of recent clinical nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
BSN or related baccalaureate preparation in education
Certified as a CPR instructor
Certified as an Instructor for the Missouri Nurse Assistant Training program
Educational and supervisory/management experience
Previous experience in long-term care
