Job Description
Join Subaru of Puyallup as an Automotive Customer Service Representative, where you'll bridge the gap between customers and the service team, ensuring satisfaction throughout the vehicle service experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in person, by phone, or online
Listen to service concerns and explain repair processes
Schedule service appointments and follow-ups
Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns
Provide updates on repair status and timelines
Coordinate loaner vehicles or shuttle services if needed
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in CRM systems
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Prepare service quotes and explain charges
Conduct post-service follow-up calls or emails
Address complaints or escalate issues to management
Promote additional services or maintenance packages
Required Qualifications
Experience is preferred, but excellent training provided
Telephone/call center/customer service experience is a plus
Great customer service, communication, and computer skills
Motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to follow directions and work effectively under pressure
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must pass pre-employment testing
