Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of vehicle and equipment systems
  • Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
  • Assist with emergency breakdowns if on call

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)
  • Experience working on heavy duty diesel equipment OR training from a recognized trade school
  • Ability to speak and read English well enough to communicate effectively
  • Must meet physical and safety requirements
  • Must provide own tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
  • Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems
  • Familiarity with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack)
  • Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations
