Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of vehicle and equipment systems
Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
Assist with emergency breakdowns if on call
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)
Experience working on heavy duty diesel equipment OR training from a recognized trade school
Ability to speak and read English well enough to communicate effectively
Must meet physical and safety requirements
Must provide own tools
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems
Familiarity with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack)
Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations
