A Locum Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology provides temporary clinical services including outpatient care, hospital privileges, and a full range of OB/GYN procedures such as deliveries, surgeries, and specialized treatments. The role involves managing 16-18 patient encounters per shift, performing emergency surgeries, and offering options for clinic-only or weekend call coverage. Comprehensive support including credentialing, housing, travel, malpractice coverage, and personalized recruitment assistance is provided to facilitate assignments ranging from days to years.

  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm with rotating pager call coverage
  • 16 - 18 patient encounters per shift -- 50 deliveries monthly
  • Outpatient clinic setting with hospital privileges
  • Full range of ob/gyn procedures including emergency surgeries
  • Clinic-only schedule option available
  • Performs colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and NST evaluations
  • IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal procedures
