Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products
Provide expert tax guidance, return preparation, and calculations
Respond to product and software inquiries
Research and utilize government resources for accurate tax assistance
Maintain customer confidentiality while documenting interactions
Engage with customers via a video communication platform
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30 individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using video and audio tools to assist customers
Preferred Qualifications
Passionate about helping clients understand tax complexities and maximize their returns
Must possess or obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
