Join Providence as an RN Infusion Liaison, where you'll provide essential nursing services and education to patients in various settings. This role focuses on supporting patient transitions from hospital to home, ensuring quality infusion care and collaboration with care teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients.
Educate patients discharging from area hospitals.
Provide infusion nursing care in home or clinic.
Collaborate with various providers, patients, caregivers, and physicians.
Required Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
