Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Present HVAC and water heater products and services to customers
Enhance customer experience through a consultative sales approach

Required Qualifications
High school degree or GED
Prior sales experience, preferably direct selling to consumers
Strong selling and business-development skills
Effective communication skills
Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
Ability to meet physical demands
