Key Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic and assessment evaluations with clients and families
Write bio-psychosocial reports
Plan and implement treatment for clients
Conduct admissions and discharges
Develop Master Treatment Plans (MTP)
Provide individual, family, and group counseling and rehabilitation services
Facilitate skills and educational groups
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field
Eligibility to obtain CADC certification or licensure within two years of hire
Valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance
Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and EMR
