Job Description
The Assistant Program Director at The Jewish Board will oversee clinical and administrative functions to support adults with serious mental illness. Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure programmatic systems meet clients' safety and service needs
Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing training
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Participate in case conferences and administrative meetings
Document work in the Agency's EHR system
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years of experience
Prior experience with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Experience in housing and supportive housing programs
