Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation and success of NHMG goals
  • Organize and direct the clinical environment
  • Coordinate teams to assure effective care
  • Supervise up to 9 FTEs
  • Deliver remarkable patient experiences
  • Foster a safe patient environment

Required Qualifications

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • Two years of nursing experience
  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state
  • Excellent human relation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership and problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate personal computer

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of supervisory experience
