Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement through process enhancements
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Tool/fixture development for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years relevant experience
Ability to obtain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills with fine attention to detail
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming
Experience with refurbishment and repair of Government Furnished Material (GFM)
