Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, driving client satisfaction and managing P&L for assigned accounts. Leverage your experience to optimize resource allocation and lead project teams in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand the client environment and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare industry trends and provide proactive solutions
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams ensuring understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions in healthcare
Proven performance track record in sales and program management
Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders
Skills in conceptualizing and analyzing business transformations
Forecasting and P&L management experience
