Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand the client environment and priorities
  • Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare industry trends and provide proactive solutions
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams ensuring understanding of client environment

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions in healthcare
  • Proven performance track record in sales and program management
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders
  • Skills in conceptualizing and analyzing business transformations
  • Forecasting and P&L management experience
