Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality treatment programs to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric
Evaluate physical status and functional abilities of patients
Develop and implement treatment plans involving patients and their support systems
Complete chart documentation according to criteria
Maintain professional competency through continuing education
Support organizational mission statement and goals
Demonstrate time management skills and meet productivity standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Required Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience working with pediatric population
Minimum one (1) year of experience collaborating directly with Pediatricians on pediatric patient care management
Graduate of accredited program in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist License (Oregon)
Basic Life Support within 2 months of hire
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Preferred Qualifications
CPR certification
Orthopedic skills
One (1) year of direct experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
