Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality treatment programs to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric
  • Evaluate physical status and functional abilities of patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans involving patients and their support systems
  • Complete chart documentation according to criteria
  • Maintain professional competency through continuing education
  • Support organizational mission statement and goals
  • Demonstrate time management skills and meet productivity standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience working with pediatric population
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience collaborating directly with Pediatricians on pediatric patient care management
  • Graduate of accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Occupational Therapist License (Oregon)
  • Basic Life Support within 2 months of hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPR certification
  • Orthopedic skills
  • One (1) year of direct experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • SIPT competent
