Key Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive program to develop financial advice skills
Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products
Cultivate prospecting skills through networking and community events
Understand product offerings and demonstrate expertise
Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork
Required Qualifications
Obtain required insurance licenses
Pass CRD/FINRA background check
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
