Key Responsibilities
Provides resident-centered personal care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with meals
Assists residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking
Documents outcomes related to resident care and medications
Maintains cleanliness of living areas
Encourages participation in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
High school graduate or GED preferred
Completion of CNA training and certification within four months
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
