 Practice Setting 
-  Privately owned dermatology clinic with over 40 years of service to the region 
 -  Partnership track available, with financing options for ownership 
 -  Includes a dedicated Physician Assistant and weekly dermatopathologist support 
 -  8,000 sq. ft. modern facility with nine exam rooms and two procedure rooms 
 -  Onsite lab, renovated office space, and EMA (ModMed) EMR system with scribe support 
 -  MOHs procedures performed onsite (flexible days) 
 -  Cosmetic services are available but not required (e.g., injectables, fillers, lasers). 
 
 Schedule 
-  Flexible clinical schedule; Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM 
 -  Optional Friday half-day or full-day clinic 
-  Optional Saturday cosmetic/spa hours 
 -  No hospital or emergency department call coverage 
 -  Minimal clinic call, mostly for own patients and voluntary 
 
 
 Compensation & Benefits 
-  Starting salary of $400,000 for two years, plus productivity bonus, with a transition to a flexible, non-RVU-based productivity model and additional bonus potential 
 -  Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000, making your move seamless 
 -  Generous time off and education support, including 20 days PTO, eight federal holidays, and a CME package (5 days + $2,500 annually)
