Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans
Continuously reassesses treatment plans and goals
Educates patients and families regarding home programs
Prepares written documentation as required
Communicates with healthcare providers regarding patient care
Maintains departmental policies and procedures
Participates in educational programs and meetings
Required Qualifications
Less than one year of experience in physical therapy
Bachelor's degree required
NM License of Physical Therapy required
BLS required at time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred
