Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant in Tech Advisory and Delivery, focusing on the Public Sector. You'll take charge of digital transformation initiatives, guiding clients through complex technology challenges and delivering impactful solutions while working alongside a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements
Develop strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to implement new processes and toolsets
Support digital transformation efforts and develop digital strategies
Lead client-specific strategic materials and facilitate technical and strategic sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field
4+ years of practical experience in IT consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
Expertise in custom software solutions, eCommerce platforms, cloud platforms, or ERP systems like SAP and Salesforce
Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills, particularly on IT topics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Prior expertise with portfolio and project management of US federal government agencies
Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
