Job Description
As the Entertainment Manager at Great Wolf Lodge, you will create an engaging atmosphere for guests through dynamic entertainment programs and events. You will lead a team, oversee guest experiences, and ensure top-notch service while fostering a fun and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the 'Host/Face of the lodge'
Provide training and coaching for staff
Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences
Evaluate guest flow and recommend improvements
Participate in corporate projects
Responsible for personnel management
Execute duties as part of the Manager-On-Duty program
Serve as backup to Guest Service Manager
Ensure consistent branded experiences
Support community appearances
Maintain a safe and professional environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Minimum 1 year previous experience in leadership or supervisory role
Prior experience working with children
Event planning knowledge
Professional entertainment background and/or production experience
Strong Leadership and coaching skills
Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands
Proven customer service and communication skills
Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts, Theater, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in related fields such as Entertainment, Hospitality, or Education
