Key Responsibilities
Manage small to medium sized projects and program components
Responsible for network planning, infrastructure design, and engineering
Install and configure small to medium size networks
Maintain medium size route and switched networks
Analyze and determine root causes of networking problems
Collaborate with peers and may mentor other staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Three years of related experience
Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively
Ability to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Avaya PBXs and voicemail
Understanding of SIP, Avaya System Manager and Session Manager
Knowledge of SBC (Ribbon)
General knowledge of networking technologies within a production data center
