**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission to establish a personalized care plan.
- Identify teaching needs and set therapeutic goals in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide timely updates on patient status for Initial Team Conferences and Re-evaluation Team Conferences weekly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with policy.
- Participate in the patient rehabilitation program within the assigned unit and ensure delivery of direct patient care through the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating).
- Initiate discharge planning and patient education on the day of admission.
- Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care and support patient safety.
- Provide leadership and direction to ancillary nursing personnel, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to established safety policies and procedures.
- Engage in team-building activities to promote a positive hospital environment and contribute to unit efficiency.
- Communicate supply and equipment needs to the manager and nursing staff for effective duty execution.
- Assume charge responsibilities after orientation and contribute to personal and professional growth through continuing education.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid BLS certification (required before first shift).
- ACLS certification (required before first shift for specific locations).
- Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience required.
- ICU experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
