Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license if required by state regulation
Educational background leading to professional licensing
