Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and parent/caregiver training
Implement treatment plans and collect data against goals
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Support quality assurance and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments
Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Demonstrated passion for helping clients and families
