Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager to enhance partnerships and drive sales growth through effective communication and collaboration. You'll play a key role in building awareness of Quill's business solutions, supporting various sales channels, and contributing to a culture of inclusion and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
  • Partner with marketing channels to spread awareness to non-purchasing members
  • Act as primary contact for contract support and onboarding new members
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates and awareness
  • Support conference setup and attendance
  • Audit Quill landing pages for buying groups
  • Work with pricing team for sales collateral updates
  • Assist with launching large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with various audiences
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
