Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager to enhance partnerships and drive sales growth through effective communication and collaboration. You'll play a key role in building awareness of Quill's business solutions, supporting various sales channels, and contributing to a culture of inclusion and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
Partner with marketing channels to spread awareness to non-purchasing members
Act as primary contact for contract support and onboarding new members
Train sales teams on buying group updates and awareness
Support conference setup and attendance
Audit Quill landing pages for buying groups
Work with pricing team for sales collateral updates
Assist with launching large buying group sales initiatives
Attend and support conferences as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating with various audiences
Good time management and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization
Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
