Job Description

Join Brinks Home as a Marketing Analyst and support our marketing department with data and insights. You will build performance dashboards and drive smarter decisions across various marketing functions, enhancing campaign performance and supporting scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for leads, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
  • Monitor campaign pacing and budget alignment; flag anomalies and opportunities proactively
  • Build visualizations to track channel effectiveness and long-term trendlines
  • Support multi-touch attribution reporting and lead source tracking across channels
  • Collaborate with the team to define test plans (CRO, creative, lifecycle) and measure outcomes
  • Help build and refine lead scoring models
  • Track affiliate and eComm performance; identify areas to optimize cost per sale and conversion
  • Analyze landing page performance and contribute insights to A/B test prioritization
  • Partner with internal teams to monitor site behavior and conversion trends
  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison between Marketing, BI, and Sales Ops
  • Translate complex data into digestible formats
  • Help improve visibility and decision-making for marketing leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in a marketing, business, or digital analytics role
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM/marketing automation reporting (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Infinity Call Tracking or similar platforms for tracking call conversions and source attribution
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and test measurement
  • Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity to dig into data, identify patterns, and tell a story
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
