Job Description
Join Fairwinds West Hills as a Sales Advisor and play a key role in enhancing the lives of older adults. You'll build relationships with prospective residents and their families while showcasing the unique benefits of our retirement community.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with prospective residents and family members
Conduct guided tours of the community
Coordinate and execute sales and marketing efforts
Maintain an accurate prospect database
Create and implement a strategic marketing plan
Required Qualifications
Passion for sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role
Bachelor's degree
