Job Description
Join Quill as an Enterprise Account Manager and drive growth in a leading office supplies company. You will manage a significant portfolio, develop strategic growth plans, and leverage your sales expertise to enhance customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales within current customer base
Map accounts to identify opportunities
Create strategic growth plans based on account understanding
Utilize Salesforce and enablement tools to manage customer data
Implement sales strategies through various channels
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
Managed a complex deal from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
