Job Description

Join Quill as an Enterprise Account Manager and drive growth in a leading office supplies company. You will manage a significant portfolio, develop strategic growth plans, and leverage your sales expertise to enhance customer relationships and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales within current customer base
  • Map accounts to identify opportunities
  • Create strategic growth plans based on account understanding
  • Utilize Salesforce and enablement tools to manage customer data
  • Implement sales strategies through various channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Responsibility for a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
  • Managed a complex deal from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
