Job Description
Join Citizens as a Business Banking Market Manager, leading a team of Relationship Managers to drive sales and financial success in the Southern NJ/Philadelphia area. You will mentor your team, develop customer relationships, and ensure effective sales strategies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Relationship Managers for Business Banking customers in the $10MM – $50MM market
Attain financial and sales goals through coaching and managing the sales process
Identify and close cross-sell product opportunities
Recruit and develop sales representatives to build team capabilities
Maximize team contribution to the business
Required Qualifications
8+ years Business sales development experience
5+ years experience leading a team to achieve sales results
5+ years of credit experience
Strong presentation skills, both verbal & written
Ability to work in a matrix organization and develop partnerships across business lines
Strong PC skills in Word and Excel or similar software
Strong knowledge of banking deposit/credit products and services
Strong knowledge of bank operations/systems and compliance/regulatory issues
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
