Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of District Sales Managers and sales associates
  • Coaching, training, and performance management
  • Facilitate collaborative team selling culture
  • Lead Customer Engagement efforts
  • Utilize CRM tools for sales planning and customer engagement
  • Manage conversion opportunities and develop sales budgets
  • Represent Sysco at community and business meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education level
  • 5+ years leading a B2B sales team in a professional sales environment
