Tele/Stepdown intermediate care unit with Uniontown Hospital (WVU Health system), 2 years of RN experience required, BLS, ACLS and NIHSS are all required, could float to ICU as helping hands, **Block scheduling is possible**, every other weekend, 1:4-5 ratio depending on acuity (1:6 for med surg), PA or compact license required, NO LOCALS within 50 miles from Uniontown Hospital

Must have PCU or stepdown experience!
