Key Responsibilities
Direct daily work and safety of delivery staff
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and planned routes
Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
Prepare budgets and profit plans
Monitor performance metrics and adjust activities accordingly
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates to resolve issues
Conduct training and enforce company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
Completion of Sysco approved defensive driving program
HazMat and Doubles Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting company standards preferred
