Job Description
Join CHS Inc. as a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, where you'll create excellent customer experiences in a dynamic agribusiness environment. You'll handle inquiries, support staff, and troubleshoot issues, all while working with a committed team focused on quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a variety of customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media.
Provide support to lower-level staff on non-standard cases.
Review and troubleshoot customer problems and initiate actions for repair, replacement, return, or field service.
Promote alternative products or services.
Other duties as needed or assigned.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School diploma or GED
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish
