Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. This role involves managing daily operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring top-notch guest service and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Execute and develop action plans according to company goals
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing and guest experience
Ensure team members receive proper training and development
Maintain staffing levels and create effective work schedules
Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Manage profitability and strive to increase sales
Complete performance reviews and maintain compliance with laws and policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience preferred
