Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, guest experience, and cost management
Ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests
Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing and retaining top performers
Train and develop team members
Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Drive profitability and maintain operational standards
Build community relationships to increase sales
Handle guest and team member complaints promptly
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
