Key Responsibilities
Perform all duties to maintain general cleanliness and safety in the store
Provide excellent maintenance service
Perform all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists
Support all teams with cleaning projects
Perform minor repairs and improvements
Participate in ordering supplies for store maintenance
Help with cleaning emergencies
Help maintain the store's landscaping and parking lot
Perform continual cleaning of all store departments
Arrive to work on time, groomed, and ready to work
Immediately report safety hazards and violations
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Ability to maintain professional and appropriate conduct
Ability to deliver information clearly to Team Members, customers, and vendors
Effective time management and organization skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals
