Sell and enroll retirees into insurance products
Provide Medicare education and conduct needs analysis
Offer customer service assistance
Enroll retirees compliantly and efficiently
Meet and exceed key performance indicators
Handle inbound service calls
Manage appointments and follow up with prospects
Respond to voicemails and internal chat requests
Deliver a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
Active Health License
At least one year sales experience
At least one season of Health sales experience
At least one season of Medicare Sales Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong computer skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience using multiple screens
