Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a team to create a fun and positive dining experience. You will manage daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure high standards of service while fostering team development and morale.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure proper training and development of team members
Maintain staffing levels and uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Control costs and drive sales
Complete performance reviews for crew members and managers
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
