Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO, you will play a key role in guiding HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management. Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Assist teams with performance management and disciplinary actions
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Establish relationships for staffing and strategic workforce planning
Energize HR initiatives related to performance management and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
