Job Position: Part-Time Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)

Pay Rate: Starting at $35.00/hr
Description:
Birch Agency is currently seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to provide part-time educational support for students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students with visual impairments access curriculum and achieve academic success.
Position Details:
* Part-time, 1015 hours per week
* Serving a caseload of PreK12 students
* In-person services near Greenwood, Indiana
* Flexible scheduling available within the school day
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct and consultative services to students with visual impairments
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student needs
* Adapt curriculum materials and ensure accessibility
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Qualifications:
* Valid Indiana teaching license with endorsement in Visual Impairments
* Experience working with students PreK12 preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to supporting student growth and independence
