Key Responsibilities
Perform all activities required to successfully pass the C.N.A certification
Remain in good standing with training program
Read and follow resident’s care card and care plan
Provide personal care to residents including bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, and ambulating
Promote residents involvement and independence
Observe and report changes in physical condition and safety
Transport residents throughout the facility
Attend in-services to fulfill state-required hours
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
C.N.A. Certification required to be obtained within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including telephone etiquette preferred
