Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at TEKsystems, you will provide vital administrative support to senior leadership, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating communication. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and project management, while being a trusted partner within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
  • Assist in planning and logistics for internal and external events
  • Handle inquiries and assess issues as a backup contact
  • Document management including word processing and presentations
  • Review and edit written materials for accuracy
  • Facilitate communication within departments
  • Manage and coordinate projects

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience in handling executive administration for sales and commercial leaders
  • Proven experience managing multiple calendars
  • Proven experience with sensitive customer-related communications
  • Outstanding computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of company employees
  • Functional knowledge of corporate operations
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • Knowledge of office/administrative practices
