As an Executive Assistant at TEKsystems, you will provide vital administrative support to senior leadership, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating communication. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior leadership
Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
Assist in planning and logistics for internal and external events
Handle inquiries and assess issues as a backup contact
Document management including word processing and presentations
Review and edit written materials for accuracy
Facilitate communication within departments
Manage and coordinate projects
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Proven experience in handling executive administration for sales and commercial leaders
Proven experience managing multiple calendars
Proven experience with sensitive customer-related communications
Outstanding computer skills and proficiency in software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to collaborate with all levels of company employees
Functional knowledge of corporate operations
Attention to detail
